Our Trustees

Our trustee board is responsible for the governance of Citizens Advice Reigate and Banstead and must run it in a way that complies with our charity’s governing document and the law.

The Trustees and CEO meets at least quarterly.

Board Members are jointly responsible for:

• ensuring effective leadership and direction of the organisation
• representing the organisation externally, communicating with key stakeholders, local authorities and other funders.
• line management and regular liaison with the Chief Executive and other trustees representing the community we serve.
