Transformation Milestone

At the September Zoom meeting the whole CARBS team showed its appreciation for a truly dedicated group of Redhill volunteers, the Scan and Shred Squad!

They had only scanned and shredded 2,000 paper-based case records!

The Scan & Shred Squad, l-r Ellie, Debbie and Pauline carry out the milestone session on 29 September.

“An amazing milestone” according to Chief Executive Andrea Dunhill.

“We couldn’t be more grateful to Ellie, who led the project. and her tireless supporters Pauline, Debbie, Sue and Matt.  As anyone with experience of industry-scale shredding knows, it really is an achievement.  And of course they did it all within the constraints of social distancing and staying safe.”

Clearing the backlog and getting the records shipshape is a key element of the 2020-21 CARBS Transformation Project.
