The Year in Review

Healthwatch Surrey has published its Annual Report for 2019-20.

In a joint message Co-Chairs Deborah Mechaneck and Jason Davies and CEO Kate Scribbins highlight the group’s new 5-year contract as citizens’ champion for change in health and social care.

HWS uses a host of techniques to learn about and present peoples’ views about the care they and their families receive.  They describe a series of impressive reports on specific issues as well as the work of their Helpdesk, volunteers and partners.
