Our volunteers, staff and IT support responded magnificently to lockdown.  In little more than a week they moved from face-to-face, office-based service to everyone at home helping clients by telephone, email and webchat.

It wasn’t easy but it was successful.  Now the team is helping with more clients and issues than ever!
