• excellent in verbal and written communication
• highly numerate
• an experienced IT user
• used to accuracy and attention to detail?

The purpose of the role is to help clients get the advice they need.  Advice is broad in scope and can include benefits, debt and money, consumer issues, housing, family, law and courts, immigration and health services.

With access to constantly updated information on all issues, you will also research local public and private sector sources, not for profits, churches and food banks.
