Citizens Advice Reigate and Banstead is committed to providing the local communities with free and impartial information, advice and guidance on a wide range of issues.

The main topics we address are: benefits, employment, debt/money, consumer, energy, housing, family and immigration.

We reduce public expenditure on homelessness, legal action, unemployment and better mental and physical health

We use volunteering to bring the community together, improve the lives of our volunteers, their communities and the people they help.

In 2023, our team:

• Helped over 3300 people face-to-face in the community or by phone, email or webchat
• Provided advice on more than 12000 issues
• Supported clients to gain over £1 million in financial outcomes
